WE ARE OPEN AND TAKING APPOINTMENTS

  • To best serve you and protect you we will make the following changes to our daily business operation. WE’RE OFFERING PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS AT OUR SALON. We extended business hours, we will OPEN 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm with split shifts, so that we will have no more than two stylists working in the salon at any given time. This will reduce the total number of people (employees and clients) in the salon at once and allow for more distance between clients.

At a time when the news and media are largely overtaken by Coronavirus, COVID-19, we wanted to reach out and ensure you that we are unrelenting in our sanitation and cleanliness protocols. Our top priority is, and always will be, a healthy and safe Hair Salon environment for all of our clients, stylist and the local community.  As we are all modifying our daily lives and implementing a new level of awareness, we wanted to emphasize some of the actions we adhere to on a daily basis

  • We are, however, increasing and adding to our current supply of cleaning and sanitizing materials to ensure our stylists can clean and disinfect the salon even more thoroughly throughout the course of the day.

  • Our expert artists will wash their hands frequently, especially when working with a clients, will be wearing mask and gloves.

  • Client will be offered and provided a mask if needed.

  • Social distancing practices will be honored by only having you and your stylist in the salon during your appointment.

  • There will be hand sanitizer at the door, please use it on entering.

  • We always ensure that our standards for cleanliness is also followed by using hand sanitizer with is present on every styling station.

  • All shampoo chairs, salon chairs and stations are sanitized between each use with a multi-quad EPA registered sanitizing solution. Will continuing to thoroughly clean and disinfect our salon and frequently used tools and surfaces.

  • We have a professional cleaning company that uses hospital grade cleaning supplies every night in the salon.

  • Removing unnecessary communal items, such as magazines and complimentary phone chargers. Please come with your own book, magazine, and/or a charged phone.

  • Temperature screenings of employees and clients. Strictly enforcing our rules for both staff and clients regarding staying out of the salon if sick.

  •  For the health and safety of our staff and other clients, please call us to reschedule your appointment if you are sick. Cancellation penalties will not apply under such circumstances.

  •  Should a stylist be out sick or choose to stay home, we will contact clients with appointments as quickly as possible.

We are also kindly requesting that customers who are not feeling well or displaying symptoms to reschedule their visit or appointment when they are feeling better.
